Complete scope of construction, fit-out and engineering works at office premises.
An office project for the French pharmaceutical company Servier was completed in March 2017. The design was done by ABD Architects, with Gint-M being the general contractor.
The new office of Servier takes up two floor levels in the modern business center White Gardens where the company moved during its jubilee 25th year on the Russian market.
Up-to-date hi-tech solutions and materials were used in the office construction, meeting more rigid acoustics requirements. Hi-tech trendy meeting rooms are outfitted with acoustic panels, the reception room flaunting perforated veneer panels creating acoustic comfort; soundproof panels and metal modular ceilings with acoustic insertions are an important feature of the public space décor. It should be noted that homemade materials were prioritized in the selection of finishes.
Thanks to competent zoning, a thorough approach to MEP systems as well as modular layouts, the office space is multifunctional and flexible, “adaptable” to the company’s current needs. What’s more, a number of energy efficient technologies are integrated into the office design: the lighting system is equipped with dimming and presence sensors optimizing the electric power consumption.
“Despite the tight schedule and some alterations to the original design, our team managed to reach the required quality level while keeping within the deadlines for each stage of the project and within the budget designated by the client,” comments Artyom Panteleev, business manager at Gint-M. “We are happy that Servier stayed its choice on our company as the general contractor and allowed us to once again confirm our status as a reliable and professional partner in meeting awesome interior decoration challenges.”
The experts of Gint-M told the RBC resource about the office of the international pharmaceutical company, what materials and energy efficient technologies are integrated into the interior, and what solutions were used to create effective and ergonomic workspace.
