An office project for the French pharmaceutical company Servier was completed in March 2017. The design was done by ABD Architects, with Gint-M being the general contractor.
The new office of Servier takes up two floor levels in the modern business center White Gardens where the company moved during its jubilee 25th year on the Russian market.
Up-to-date hi-tech solutions and materials were used in the office construction, meeting more rigid acoustics requirements. Hi-tech trendy meeting rooms are outfitted with acoustic panels, the reception room flaunting perforated veneer panels creating acoustic comfort; soundproof panels and metal modular ceilings with acoustic insertions are an important feature of the public space décor. It should be noted that homemade materials were prioritized in the selection of finishes.
We hereby confirm that the construction firm Gint-M performed a full range of construction and fit-out works as well as engineering outfit of the new office premises for Servier, with the total area of 5,500 sq. m, quartered in BC White Gardens at 7 Lesnaya St, Moscow.
