Project development starts with an architectural concept. The client, along with our team, fills out questionnaire sheets describing the future construction project and their wishes regarding space-planning solutions and finishing materials.
Based on the results of this joint work with the client, we prepare several options for design solutions, ceiling plans, floors and finishings. We provide three-dimensional visualisations of the main areas. We select all finishing materials, and prepare boards with samples of the finishings, along with the preparation of a project presentation booklet.
The Working Project sets out that all the above design solutions will be refined. At this stage (“RD”), the project will include the development of assemblies and details, specific solutions required for the building, as well as by the company, to complete the construction work.
Our Design Bureau carries out quality control throughout the stages of construction and the commissioning of the building to ensure the building’s compliance under construction with all project indicators and decisions taken at the design stage, and reflected in the project.
