The team of construction company Gint-M has completed the implementation of the another coworking space for WeWork in Moscow. New office with a total area of 3,500 sq. m for 728 places at 11 Timur Frunze Street in the Krasnaya Rose business quarter occupies 4 floors in the Business Center “Savin” The business quarter "Krasnaya Roza" is located in the Moscow district of Khamovniki on an area of almost 6 hectares. The total area of the quarter is 137 thousand square meters.. There are 11 business centers on the territory - these are both historical and modern buildings. Among the tenants are Yandex, Kalashnikov concern, Maxxium Russia, Shire and other large Russian and Western companies. WeWork is an international coworking network that operates in 103 cities from New York to Ho Chi Minh City. The main audience is large companies, startups, entrepreneurs, programmers, designers. Mission - "Create a world in which you can live, not earn one's living." The guiding principle behind WeWork's business is to create more than just offices. WeWork projects combine three components: the first is a ready-made and flexible office solution; the second - an expanded range of services for business, provided on the basis of the WeWork partner base; and the third is a platform for generating new business opportunities for members of the WeWork network. The new coworking space is part of the Krasnaya Roza office complex, the most expensive loft block in Moscow. The building has undergone a complete renovation, elevators, all life support systems have been replaced, and in combination with natural architecture from WeWork, the offices have been transformed into a modern space that reflects a unique style and quality. The building has a separate entrance with a central reception area. Offices are located on floors 2-3-4 of the building with a total capacity of 728 workplaces.

In the WeWork office project in the Savin business center, Gint-M acted as the general contractor, having implemented a full range of design, construction, fit-out and engineering equipment of the premises. Gint-M has completely rebuilt the four-storeyed building, transforming it into an ideal workspace with artistically designed common areas, spacious meeting rooms and stylish private offices. The coworking space is traditionally for WeWork divided into several zones - these are common areas for collaboration and relaxation, small meeting rooms for 2-4 people, free-standing tables with workstations, conference rooms for training, large meeting rooms for up to 50 people, fully equipped everything you need in case of important negotiations. Unusual elements - lamps and paintings favorably emphasized the brickwork of the walls. Unusual hanging pots with living plants have become bright accents of the space. Small private niches with sofas allow you to negotiate with partners in an informal setting or arrange brainstorming among colleagues. In an effort to preserve the texture of the loft-style walls, the Gint-M company performed work on cleaning and preserving the brickwork. The successful combination of wood and brick made the space as comfortable and functional as possible.
The work on the project was completed in a short time - a spacious and functional space was created for comfortable work and rest. The project has implemented modern finishing and interior solutions, used high-quality engineering equipment.
