Gint-M has completed construction works on a corporate office for UTG Group that renders services to air carriers. The company’s 1,400-sqm office is accommodated in BC Lotos at 2, Odesskaya str. in Moscow. Gint-M performed the functions of general contractor for the project, having implemented a whole range of construction, fit-out and MEP installation works.

The corporate office is divided into the already traditional open space allowing a flexible use of workspace, walled offices for top managers, meeting areas, kitchen and coffee point. The most eye-catching interior features probably include a round glass partition with walls made of radial glass, unusual designer lights saliently accentuating different interior elements, and checkered flooring adding dynamics to the office space.

Acoustic panels placed on the ceiling not only absorb the sound, but also serve as an important design supplement to the interior.
