Moscow office of the International Financial Organization
Gint-M has completed the implementation of the project for the international bank's office in the business center "White Square" in the historical center of Moscow.
The main goal of the project was to create a modern business space that would combine the versatility and efficiency of the layouts with an atmosphere of openness and hospitality.
During the implementation of the project, zones for individual and team work, server rooms, meeting rooms, informal communication and recreation areas were designed.
The main idea of the concept was the maximum transparency of space and business processes, as well as the principle of distribution of functional zones.
Constant internal and external negotiations, organization of customer support and numerous business events accompany the banking business. Therefore, the office accommodates 7 spacious meeting rooms with a capacity of 6 to 12 people. Each of them is equipped with modern multimedia equipment and acoustic protection to create a private atmosphere.
Two of the most spacious meeting rooms equipped with sliding partitions are located in the reception area.
When the partitions are transformed, both rooms can be combined with the welcome zone into an open space designed for business and informal events for guests and partners.
In order to separate business processes of different nature, open-space zones are adjacent to classic office blocks designed for small teams of 6-8 people.
The service space is located around a functional radius of meeting and working areas. There are storages of the IT department, technical rooms, dressing rooms, cafeteria and coffee points, bathrooms, telephone boxes, as well as communication nodes. Thus, each line employee gets quick access to various services, services and recreation areas from anywhere in the office.
A bright accent of the welcome area is the reception desk, made of polished steel sheet. The curved shapes of its mirror surfaces refer to modern art and allow you to reflect all the surrounding colors. This color technique helps to create a soft transition from metal to wood and make the space more dynamic.
The design of the orep-space zones is made in a more strict and business-like style, but the general mood is maintained through the active use of natural materials and appropriate textures. Recreation areas and analytical centers are implemented using contrasting colors.
