GSK: Secrets of Office Efficiency

Gint-M has completed construction and fit-out of a new office for GSK — a science-led global healthcare company researching, developing and manufacturing innovative pharmaceutical medicines, vaccines and consumer healthcare products.

The new 3,400-sqm GSK office is accommodated in BC Arcus-III, in Moscow. During four months the building contractor Gint-M has completed a full cycle of detailed design, construction, fit-out and MEP installation works in the client’s premises. The project architect is ABD Architects.

The Client’s key wishes regarding a new office interior boiled down to the efficiency of planning solutions; diversity of functional working areas, stylish design, and a high level of construction and fit-out works that comply with high international standards.

The result is an ergonomic, effective and modern interior in tune with the company's business and corporate communications specifics. Represented in the interior are meeting rooms of various sizes, including a large transformable meeting area which is capable of turning into three meeting rooms by means of mobile panels. There is a trendy kitchen in the office, with bar counter and choice of settings to allow employees to chill-out.

“Up-to-date and hi-tech solutions and materials were used in the office construction. Here everything is subjected to the care for employees, ergonomics and office efficiency,” says Artem Panteleev, Business Development Director at Gint-M, commenting on the project. -That the project was named best in the "1,000-5,000-sqm Office" category, as part of professional MCFO Awards 2018, is by no means accidental!”
