New office for AB Development

The Gint-M team has completed the implementation of an office project for AB Development. AB Development provides comprehensive professional services for development, real estate management, investment in commercial and residential real estate.

The company's office is located in the Arkus IV business center, at 37A Leningradsky Prospekt, bldg. 5, Moscow and occupies 1,165 m2 on the 11th floor and the mezzanine of the 11th floor. The building has been certified according to the international standards of the system of green sustainable buildings BREEAM Europe Commercial 2008.

For Gint-M, the task was set to perform a new office for AB Development, following the general concept of the business center building - a premium–class office building thought out to the smallest detail, advanced in technical solutions.

It was necessary to create a workspace that performs the functions of an office and at the same time a kind of showroom for potential tenants.

The workspace consists of one floor and a mezzanine, which is reached by a staircase, which is the dominant of the 11th floor.

There is a lot of air and light in the office. This effect is achieved thanks to a good level of natural insolation, open high ceilings, with communications painted white, as well as thanks to diverse lighting solutions that allow you to customize lighting for specific tasks.

Combines all functional areas of the office, including open space, executive offices, reception area, meeting rooms, the use of natural veneer wall panels.
