Three Projects of Gint-M Group Shortlisted for MCFO Awards
Three projects delivered by Gint-M Group – Avito-2, Cisco Systems and SMBC offices – have been shortlisted for MCFO 2016 Awards. Overall 14 projects will compete for being named the highest quality office interior this year.
Projects were selected in several stages. The jury and experts of the Awards first drew up their initial rating, based on applications. The participants included in that list additionally prepared a detailed presentation about the specifics of their projects as well as tasks and methods of their reaching with slides for each juror: architect, engineer, manager and builder.
The jury list was drawn in such a manner as to exclude experts rating their own projects. Thus one of the jurors is Mikhail Borisov, Managing Partner of Gint-M Group, but he could not rate his own works.
At the next stage 14 projects were selected on the basis of presentations and consolidated documentation. First four nominations are traditionally divided depending on the office space. The new Test of Time nomination was introduced for projects that were delivered seven or more years ago, but are still functional.
The Avito office will be assessed in the “1,000-5,000 sq. m offices” category, while the projects of Cisco Systems and SMBC were included in the Test of Time nomination.
The awarding ceremony will be staged on November 24, 2 016 in the GUM demo hall in the Red Square.
