Gint-M has completed the construction, fit-out and MEP systems installation in the new Total office. It should be noted that the previous office of the oil and gas company quartered in BC Four Winds was also realized by Gint-M.
The new 1,625-sqm corporate space of Total is quartered in BC White Gardens at 7 Lesnaya str. In building its new office the client tried to cut the project delivery time and slash the costs. Eventually an office was built within 4 months, in line with high requirements to functionality, ergonomics and comfort. Gint-M succeeded in the cost optimization due to using homemade building and finishing materials in the project. Gint-M emphasizes that import substitution spared the client considerable delivery-related expenditure and there was no need to compromise the materials used: the latter match the exigent demands of the international client.
The office interior is split into several functional spaces: reception, open space desks, meeting rooms, offices for bosses. There is also a coffee-point for employees to communicate in an informal setting, along with a large board meeting room which can be divided in two by means of a sliding partition. The office is designed in a classic style with corporate identity and colors featuring large in the interior.
“The office is very effective in terms of value for money,” says Business Development Director Artem Panteleev, commenting on the project. “There is plenty of air and natural light here, courtesy of translucent glass partitions. The integration of acoustic solutions in the interior design allows combating a higher level of noise in open areas, whereas the raised floor technology provides the office with all essential utility lines and makes the use of space more flexible.”
