Gint-M has completed the construction and fit-out of a new office for the international company Align Technology specializing in medical technologies.
During 3.5 months Gint-M completed a full range of works in detailed design, construction, fit-out and MEP installation in the client’s premises. The project architecture was devised by ABD Architects.
In an ancient building going back to the XIX century Gint-M created an office that meets the highest standards expected from business interiors. The new office is functional, ergonomic and flaunts quality building materials. The historic component is also accentuated here, with original brickwork preserved in the interior along with metal structures and open MEP lines in the ceiling.
Versatile functional zones allow working in private and communicating with colleagues when needed, conduct official negotiations and socialize at a cup of coffee in a relaxed atmosphere, whereas the stylish design and a high level of office solutions testify to a superb corporate culture in the company.
“As part of the project, it was decided to complement the brickwork, and the ceilings laid bare, with ‘industrial’ elements, several concrete walls and load-bearing columns found in the office which also abounds in numerous glass partitions featuring the company’s brand images, trendy lighting solutions supplementing the interior design in style, zoning the space, and excellently performing their immediate lighting function. The raised floor technology provides the office with all requisite utility lines, making the use of space more flexible,” says Artem Panteleev, Business Development Director at Gint-M, commenting on the project.
The office of Align Technology anticipates various spaces for efficient operations: work stations do not rule out the opportunity to work from other office zones: lounge spaces, cafes or terrace. Everything here is subservient to the care for employees, ergonomics and office productivity.
