The new 2,400-sqm plus office is quartered in the office center Delta Plaza. It took Gint-M four months to complete a full range of civil works, including the integration of engineering systems as well as feeble current systems.
The office of the famous watch brand is trendy, sustainable and comfortable, created with the help of top-quality equipment, building and finishing materials. It is special because of its extraordinary functionality: in addition to open workspace, watchmakers occupying the total of 600 sq. m are part of the office space.
“Curiously enough, every room in the service center has a window onto the hallway, so the process of watch repair can be tracked online. This zone with state of the art equipment looks like an ultramodern watch manufacture. We provided tailor-made engineering systems for this space,” says Alexander Lipakov, Business Development Director and Partner of Gint-M, commenting on the project.

Functional, succinct solutions are typical of this office as a whole, with none of its features standing out. Since its foundation this watch company has been married to art. The first artist who took part in the work on Swatch was Kiki Picasso in 1984. Collaboration with the world of art later gave rise to a series of interesting creative alliances. In the Moscow office this background was made flesh in the original solution of bathrooms. Each of them squares with the manner of the artist who kept creating the Swatch style in different periods. The result is 12 salient and extraordinary spaces.
Another attractive design feature is using the color to zone the office space, white shades prevailing in the workspace and black reigning supreme in hallways.
The overarching concept – bringing together workspace, service areas and communication centers of Swatch within one space – was implemented competently and within the deadlines set.
