Complete scope of engineering systems detailed design and construction, fit-out and engineering works at office premises.
Gint-M has completed the construction and fit-out of the second phase of an office for Servier – international pharmaceutical company. Gint-M has performed an entire range of general construction works, including the design of MEP systems as well as works on feeble current systems, UNK Project serving as an architect for this project.
A couple of years ago Servier moved to “White Gardens” business center where it consolidated all of the company’s business units as well as improved cross-functional interaction between departments. Explosive expansion compelled Servier to create more workplaces already in one year and a half. That is why the company decided to lease extra space on the seventh floor of the business centre (750 sq. m) and fashion it using the agile style with flexible interior solutions. The new office is divided into two main zones: the public space with a creative agile zone and open space office area.
“Whereas routine work is largely automated, complex and nonstandard challenges call for a collaborative work. This is why creation of comfort spaces for project work has become ‘a sign of good manners’ for any successful company. And we are not an exception,” says Elena Egorova, Head of HR at Servier Russia and EAEU. “Co-working zones have been fashioned in the new Servier office: two meeting rooms capable of transformation into one large meeting zone, ‘islands’ for spontaneous meetings and informal communication.” It is noteworthy that most of these zones have several designations. For example, a zone isolated on all sides with a dense soundproof curtain, with a TV-set and sofas inside, could be a space for important talks, project room or informal area.”
Servier, JSC would like to render you homage and express our gratitude to building contractor Gint-M for successful execution of detailed engineering design, construction, fit-out and MEP installation in the 900-sqm office expansion located in BC White Gardens at 7, Lesnaya str., Moscow.
“There are many functional art objects in the interior, positively affecting the emotional background for our employees: e.g. a hanging swing, a wall waterfall with tranquil sounds, diverse decorative lighting, salient metal air ducts adding positive informal features to the office,” says Artem Panteleev, Business Development Director at Gint-M.
Natural moss was used in interior décor, including on the walls. Salient corporate brand-book colors – orange, green, crimson and turquoise — organically blend with the space as well.
“Our employees were very positive about this new office with a large number of bright colors, exciting solutions and novelties embodied in the interior. It is very important to mention that we involved employees in the office interior design – e.g. together with them we picked fabrics for decorative cushions, lighting lamps and bulbs, etc. We are happy to get this comfortable, beautiful and multifunctional office space” shares Ms. Egorova.
