The architectural concept and design project were created by Scott Brownrigg, an international architecture practice, in collaboration with ABD architects, a Russian architectural bureau. In this project, Gint-M acted as the general contractor for capital construction and interior finishing on a turnkey basis, as well as the general designer. In addition, the company carried out comprehensive landscaping of the surrounding area, including planting of greenery, street lighting and the construction of a visitorparking lot.

The one-storey building with a flat roof and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows is equipped with state-of-the-art engineering systems. The entrance area is decorated with natural wood, which was used to furnish both the reception desk and the wall behind it. The laconic geometry of the entrance area is further enhanced by the two-level ceiling: its central part is carved from ebony, which serves as a contrasts to the rest of the classic white ceiling. The combination of black and white is also used in the wall decoration. The floors are made of light-coloured porcelain stoneware. The white colour, wood and black accents used in the interior décor made the space appear truly glamorous and high-status.

“The abundance of daylight, coupled with the use of natural wood and materials in the interior design makes the space beautiful and comfortable – both for the employees and for the company's clients. State-of-the-art engineering solutions were employed to ensure a high level of technical equipment of the building and all the necessary conditions for effective work,” says Artem Panteleev, commercial director of Gint-M, when discussing the project.
